HARP Graduation Information:
Class of 2020 Bulletin June 25, 2020
Graduation is Thursday, July 9 at 12:00 p.m. at Bauerle Field. Please plan to arrive at The Eastside High School courtyard no later 11:00 a.m. Guests should arrive at the field by 10:45 a.m. Guests may park at School 15 or at Eastside High School. We will begin the processional promptly at 12:00 p.m. No one will be permitted to join the processional once it starts. PLEASE BE ON TIME. REPORT TO THE COURTYARD AT EHS WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
Every graduate is allowed to have two registered guests. Guests who are not on the approved list will not be admitted. Temperature checks and social distancing will be conducted for all guests.
Make sure that your cap, gown, and tassel are pressed (gown only) and on a hanger. Please take it out of the bag when your receive it.
Attire for Ladies: Dress or skirt and blouse (any color or style) Make sure that your dress is not longer than your gown. Absolutely no JEANS, SHORTS, SNEAKERS, FLIPFLOPS, OR BOOTS. Do not wear heels that can get stuck in the artificial turf. Sandals with straps are recommended.
Attire for Gentlemen: Black, dark blue, or tan/khaki dress pants, white or light colored collared shirt, tie is optional. Absolutely NO JEANS, SHORTS, SNEAKERS, FLIPFLOPS, OR BOOTS. Wear dress shoes if you have them.

Diplomas will be given out immediately after the graduation. Please return to the courtyard to receive your diploma.
